The wind off shore is stronger, but if you go to fare right you will lose if good shifts is coming up, because you will then over sail the Mark. My tip is to keep in middle and plan in time for the ship, if some in your way. The downwind is tricky there is both current and wind to think of. If you go left in the beginning of downwind you get less wind in the beginning, but more in the end. It's difficult choice on left, because you can easly over sail the mark. At end leg the wind wilkl be dropping a lot near finish, keep the speed up and avoid to get near the high Island.

On upwind avoid match race situation, take care of all good shifts instead. Downwind is a bit tricky on the beginning of leg no 2, and in some shift it's difficult to keep up to mark with spin. On the first upwind the wind will be dropping because of the island to pass, so keep up a bit to have some power for speed when wind speed dropping. On last leg the wind is dropping towards finish line, and a lot if very close to Sandhamn ( the biggest island). The current is changing and dropping a lot near finish line.

Sail smart on 1 st leg, avoid match race situation. Windspeed i higher at right, but it's very easy to over sail the 1st Mark. On second leg comes a ship, be whear of it in time. Last downwind leg is tricky in the begining, with less wind at left but stronger when the islands no longer give effects. If you sail right the middle island and grrounds will gives you good current protection. Best way is a balance between wind shifts and relative wind shifts, so nobody knows what way will be faster.

First upwind go on wind shift, avoid to get near middle island. At right side the wind will be stronger, on left side the current is better so it's the same over all. Downwind offer some good current protection, use them if you are close. The middle island group lowering the wind speed, so avoid the come behind them.

This one of my favor Races it's one of the most tricky of them all, here can everything change over a bad choice, or good. Sail on wind shifts first leg. Use current protection and avoid to get near land at right side, the wind is dropping there. Think of current and wind effects whole way down and espesially near the Sandhamn island (biggest island at map). Don't forget the current when rounding Marks.

This one of my short Races, Sail on wind shifts first leg, it's also some advantage to start left, if so take the wind shifts to go right soon it come. On downwind use current protection Think of current and wind effects near the islands group and let wind direction point the way on last upwind. If wind direction is near middle use current protection from the island group.
