Flood = incoming Tides.
EBB = Outgoing Tides
As stated in the conditions and because of the 3.5 meter tidal range in height will make a lot of water flow past the Islands "Illias Cies", when the moon is the optimum mode.
The currents are therefore quite strong in the area, especially in the Northern and deeper entrance, where even the fairway goes in both directions
When the tide turns out it's high tide and when it turns in it's low tide.
Both high and low tide is 0 knots current. Therefore, one can say that the "flood" changes to "ebb" exactly when the Hi tide timing occurs, and conversely, at low tide time.
