The Marstrand current map is very easy to understand, its identical current directions in all Tides.

However, different tides gives different speed, so the current will have different effects on a Race with otherwise identical conditions.
The speed in different tides is as follow:
High -      100%, referring to other Tide
EBB -        40%, refering to High Tide
LOW -      20%, refering to High Tide
FLOOD -  70%, refering to High Tide
